We dined in for a Saturday lunch. The dining room was fairly quiet, but there were several large private parties. We tried their new ricotta appetizer, the new rigatoni alla vodka, and the cheese ravioli with pesto cream sauce. (Their thick time of a printed menu wasn’t very clear on which items were vegetarian, so I played it safe.) Our server was fantastic, though stretched thin from being triple-sat. She was so friendly and had great suggestions. Overall, it was a great meal, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

Great food! I ordered an espresso martini and vodka pasta with chicken. I love the complimentary bread. The espresso martini wasn’t as creamy and more heavy on the espresso side. Definitely stronger than how most restaurants make but it was very delicious! The vodka pasta was fantastic. It had the perfect amount of sauce. The chicken I decided to add was decent. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive.

Maggiano’s Little Italy opened the doors of its first location on the corners of Clark Street and Grand Avenue in Chicago, Illinois November 11, 1991. What happened next, as they say, is history. Some years later they made their way to places like Nashville's and fortunately Jacksonvlle. They haven't changed a thing. Service is incredible, the restaurant is beautiful inside and out. Plenty of rooms for private events. Everything that came to our table was extremely good. The waitress Keighley was spot on from the word go. I knew it was going to be a great dinning experience, intuitively when I seen everyone around me at the neighboring tables, having what appeared to be the time of their lives. The shrimp scampi pasta was delicious, and the tiramisu, wow. Wagyu Meatballs, a culinary masterpiece. Stop in, and let them know, that Terrance Ray Trybus sent you.

We ate here while in Jacksonville to tour the university where my daughter will be going in the fall. I was looking for a place with availability on a Saturday evening and luckily I stumbled upon Maggianos online. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, atmosphere was calm and inviting, and our server Noah was phenomenal!! If you are in Jacksonville and want really good Italian food with amazing service, then you need to dine here. Prices are fair for the quality of food. The fresh bread with olive oil and balsamic was very good. The fettuccine Alfredo (with and without shrimp) was delicious as was the shrimp scampi. The Italian chopped salad could have used a dash of balsamic but that is the only thing I would do differently. We will definitely dine here again when we are in Jacksonville!

My husband & I celebrated our anniversary at Maggiano's Little Italy. From the service to the food, and front the location to dessert, it was all fantastic. This was our first time. Our appetizer was the crab cakes. You get 2, but they were very flavorful. We got the chicken fettuccine, which was delicious. Then, we got the Warm Apple Crostada [cones with ice cream] for dessert. We will return. We recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We hosted a baby shower at Maggiano’s, and it was nothing short of flawless! Despite the stormy, dreary weather, the team brought so much warmth and joy to our event. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive, accommodating an allergy with ease and ensuring that every detail was perfect. Our servers, Kayla and Morgan, were so sweet and on top of everything. Matthew, the chef, prepared an incredible meal, and Sarah, the banquet event lead, made sure the event ran smoothly. Their professionalism and kindness truly made the day special. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
